About Connected Infrastructure

A Bangkok-based practice focused on financial audit of loan origination applications for lenders who need clear, file-level evidence.

Team discussion in a Bangkok professional office

Why we exist

Loan books grow quickly; the paperwork that justified each approval often lags. Connected Infrastructure was formed in Bangkok to give credit and internal audit teams an independent reading of origination files — the applications, evidence packs, and approval trails that sit behind booked loans.

We are not a software vendor and we do not replace your underwriters. We examine what was decided, against what was documented, under the policy that applied at the time.

How we work

Engagements are led by reviewers with credit-file and internal-audit backgrounds. Samples are agreed up front. Findings are written in plain language with the policy clause attached, so remediation does not stall in translation between risk and operations.

When the work benefits from being on site, we meet at our Rama IX office or at your archive. When files are imaged, much of the examination can proceed remotely with a closing session in Bangkok.

Values we hold to

  • File-level honesty — observations cite the application, not vague portfolio averages.
  • Policy as the yardstick — we test your rules, not an imported generic standard.
  • Useful remediation — every material finding carries a next action a real team can take.
  • Proportion — minor documentary nicks are not dressed up as control failures.

Thailand context

Our clients include Thai finance companies and bank credit-quality units reviewing retail, SME, and asset-backed origination. We are familiar with bilingual file packs, branch-originated applications, and the practical constraints of retrieving older physical folders from provincial sites.
