Data we collect
- Contact form fields: name, email, engagement type, optional sample description, and message
- Technical logs ordinarily generated by hosting (IP address, browser type, timestamps)
- Cookie preferences stored in your browser under a brand-prefixed key (see Cookies)
We do not ask for national ID numbers, full loan account numbers, or borrower personal data through the public form. Do not paste sensitive credit-file contents into the message field.
Purposes
We use inquiry data to respond to scoping requests, prepare engagement proposals, and maintain basic records of business communications. Essential cookies keep the site and consent choice working; analytics cookies run only if you accept them.
Legal bases
We process inquiry data because you request a response (pre-contractual steps) and, where required, on the basis of our legitimate interest in operating a professional practice and securing the website.
Retention
