Result you receive

Scope included
- Agree sample size, product lines, and booking period with your team
- Obtain credit policy, product checklists, and exception matrices current at the time of origination
- Review each selected application for KYC completeness, income and collateral evidence, debt-service calculation, risk grade, and approval authority
- Classify findings (critical, significant, minor) and theme them for management
- Closing workshop with credit and operations stakeholders in Bangkok or by video

- Full portfolio re-underwriting or new credit decisions on live applications
- Legal opinions on enforceability of security documents
- Continuous monitoring retainers (available separately after the initial audit)

Preparation we ask of you
A booking extract for the review period, the credit policy version that applied, product checklists, and secure access to imaged files or physical archives. Named contacts in credit and operations save days of back-and-forth.
Pricing basis
Engagements start from THB 180,000 for a focused sample (about 25–40 files in one product line). Larger multi-product samples and formal opinion letters are quoted after scoping. Travel within Greater Bangkok is included; provincial archive visits are billed at cost.
