Inquiries submitted through the contact form are offers to begin a commercial discussion; they do not create an engagement until both parties sign a written scope of work.
Services described
Pages describing engagements for financial audit of loan origination applications, underwriting file review, and related work are informational. Fees, timelines, and deliverables become binding only in a signed engagement letter.
Intellectual property
Site text, layout, and branding belong to Connected Infrastructure unless otherwise noted. You may not copy substantial portions for commercial reuse without written permission. You retain ownership of materials you send us for scoping; we may keep copies as needed to respond and, if engaged, to perform the work under the engagement letter.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the site, attempt to disrupt it, submit unlawful content, or use contact channels to send spam. We may restrict access where misuse is suspected.
Liability
The site is provided as a general information resource. To the fullest extent permitted under Thai law, Connected Infrastructure is not liable for decisions made solely on the basis of website content without a signed engagement. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
Engagements
Professional liability, confidentiality, and deliverable acceptance for audit work are governed by the engagement letter for that matter, which prevails over website copy if there is a conflict.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Courts in Bangkok have non-exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections that may apply.
Changes
We may update these terms by posting a revised version on this page. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
